poor cleaning defective shower drain

The beach location was acceptable and near my room.

The room cleaning was subpar. I had to repeatedly ask housekeeping to clean it better. the shower drain wasn't closed properly. This let insects into the bathroom. I found this pretty irritating.

the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. the food options were plentiful and tasty offering a variety of choices. the cleaning services both indoors and outdoors kept the hotel super clean. i especially enjoyed the modern decor and convenient access to multiple bars near the waterfront.

i found the music by the pool to be loud late into the night. it disrupted the peace and quiet i expected.

the location was beautiful. the staff were very kind, they welcomed me warmly, it was a credit to the resort. the food was really good, i found a high quality in all meals.

toilets by the pool needed better care. i could smell urine, not pleasant. the toilets in the lobby were much better. on arrival, i found dust in the room (a bit unexpected) and some hair on the pillows (yikes!).

I found the food very good. The extra restaurants offered amazing experiences. The receptionist, Ibrahim, was cute and helpful. Housekeeping worker Tomas was decent and honest. I really enjoyed the main restaurant dinner. It was extraordinary.

I only found that the variety of alcoholic beverages was limited, similar to other hotels in egypt, it is a minor drawback. This did not significantly impact my enjoyment.

i appreciated the variety of food. there were three other restaurants besides the main all inclusive. i also liked that the gym is well equipped.

the superior room had a seaside view with a balcony. however, it was not perfect. the staff really struggles speaking english, but i did not allow this to affect my stay.
